  • Gentle, hands-on or distance healing based on the traditional Japanese Reiki (Usui Reiki Ryōhō). This session helps rebalance your life force energy (Ki), bringing relaxation, emotional clarity, and inner alignment. Reiki flows where it is most needed—whether for physical support, emotional release, or energetic renewal.

  • I am currently a student in the year-long professional Compassionate Inquiry™ training, a psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté. As part of my training, I am offering free one-hour sessions in a safe, confidential space for those open to exploring their inner landscape.

    Compassionate Inquiry™ is a profound method that invites you to notice what is arising in your body and mind in the present moment. The process helps uncover unconscious patterns and beliefs rooted in your early years, bringing them to light with curiosity and care.

    As a student practitioner, I bring presence, humility, and trauma-informed awareness. I will not offer advice or solutions, but rather hold space for your own insight and healing to emerge.

    This is not therapy, but it may support your personal process alongside other healing work.

  • A deep, compassionate session rooted in Core Shamanism, offered in support of your spiritual, emotional, and energetic well-being.

    Depending on your needs, the session may include soul retrieval, power restoration, or the removal of energetic intrusions. I currently do not offer depossession work — in such cases, I will gladly refer you to a trusted practitioner. The healing is guided by compassionate helping spirits, with you always at the center of the process.

    Each session begins with a short consultation and closes with grounded aftercare and integration support.

    Duration: 30–90 minutes (Kaira’s preparation time is not included)

  • A shamanic energy clearing of your home, studio, or work environment — offered to support clarity, harmony, and alignment in the spaces where you live and create.
    Drawing on Shamanic and Whisperer methods, this work helps to remove stagnant or disruptive energies, bring in balance and protection, and invite in benevolent spiritual presence.
    Recommended for times of transition, after conflict or illness, or when your space simply feels off.

    Available in person (Thessaloniki area, travel up for an arrangement) or remotely.

  • Inspired by traditional Slavic folk healing practices, this session includes a consultation and personalized ritual work to remove energetic intrusions, such as curses, envy, or ancestral burdens. Techniques may include egg swipe, fire healing, candle clearing, wax pouring, prayer healing. Some of those are also possible online. It is a powerful clearing session rooted in the lineage of whispering women — szeptuchy, szeptunki, wiedunki.

  • Fire coning is a sacred ritual practice for energetic release and emotional healing. In this remote session, real beeswax cones are lit on your behalf in ceremony, connecting through intention and spirit. Two forms of coning are offered:

    • Kidney Cleanse — for releasing energetic entanglements and inherited patterns from parental relationships.
    • Belly Button Cleanse — focused on clearing the energetic imprint of a specific personal relationship, restoring clarity and sovereignty.

    Though performed remotely, each session is done with full ritual care and presence. You’ll receive preparation guidance beforehand, and a reflection message after the ceremony.

  • A grounded and intuitive reading where Tarot becomes a sacred mirror. Together we explore the energetic landscape of your question — whether about relationships, transitions, purpose, or healing. You’ll receive not only clarity, but compassionate insight into the deeper layers of your journey. These sessions are collaborative and empowering.

  • A foundational training in Japanese Reiki Ryoho — gentle, grounded, and presence-based.

    Rooted in the original teachings of Mikao Usui, this course invites you into deep self-care, energy awareness, and the practice of working with Ki (life force) through touch, breath, and intention.

    You’ll learn:

    • How to offer Reiki to yourself and other from your circle

    • The Five Reiki Precepts as a daily path

    • Traditional hand positions and intuitive energy flow

    • Grounding and energy hygiene practices

    Includes 4 live one-on-one online sessions (3 hours each, online or in person), 4 initiations (Reiju), a manual (PDF), a certificate of completion, and an optional follow-up session.

    No previous experience needed.

  • A deeper dive into the energetic and spiritual practice of Reiki, for those who have completed Level 1.

    This course introduces sacred symbols and mantra, distance healing, and working with Reiki in more refined and intuitive ways — including with plants, animals, and life situations.
    You’ll deepen your connection with the Reiki precepts, explore chanting and Reiki symbols as a support for your practice, and learn how to work with Reiki across space and time.

    Includes 3 live one-on-one sessions (3 hours each), 3 initiations (Reiju), a manual, a certificate of completion, and an optional follow-up session for integration and support.


    Prerequisite: Reiki Level 1 (Shoden), any lineage. You need to present a certificate.

The Hearth Centre is the healing practice of Kaira—a shamanic practitioner, Reiki teacher, and soul guide.

This is a trauma-informed, queer-affirming, spiritually grounded space. A gentle refuge for those navigating change, loss, ancestral challenges, spiritual awakening, or the deep ache to feel whole again.

Whether we meet through Reiki, a shamanic journey, a psychopomp session, or tarot divination—you are welcomed here as you are.

I created the Hearth Centre as a space I once needed myself—a place to come home to, when life feels like too much. A place that honours both the vulnerability and the strength it takes to heal.

My path has taken me through many modalities, trainings, and initiations—but at the core, it’s always been about listening deeply. To the body. To the mind. To the soul. To the spirit of life that moves through us all. To our True Self.

I’m here to walk beside you—not to lead or fix—but to hold space for your journey, wherever it takes you. Whether we work together through Reiki, shamanic healing, or divination, my intention is always to meet you with presence, care, and respect for your unique path.

Much of the healing work I do happens quietly, behind the scenes.

Your donation helps support ongoing spiritual work for the collective:

  • Psychopomp work—guiding souls of the deceased who come asking for healing, helping them transition peacefully. Also spiritual psychopomp journeys to the places of conflict.

  • Healing rituals for the lands and the Earth—tending to places affected by pollution, catastrophies, and on a smaller scale grief, trauma, or spiritual disturbance

  • Ongoing study and training—deepening my practice to serve others with integrity and care

These acts are often offered freely, where they’re most needed—especially for those who cannot pay: cannot directly give back (the unseen, the forgotten, like souls of the dead or land spirits.)

You can also sponsor a Reiki session or shamanic healing for a person in need—someone who is navigating hardship, marginalization, or deep transition.
